Dr. Pounds is the Program Director of the Pharmacy Practice Residency program and Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Atlanta Medical Center (AMC) in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Dr. Pounds is also the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education for AMC at Mercer University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. In her role at Atlanta Medical Center, she serves as the liaison between Atlanta Medical Center and Mercer University for clinical externship training programs for pharmacy students. Dr. Pounds received her Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy degree and her PharmD degree from Mercer University in 1982 and 1983, respectively.
