Organizational Structure
A
National Board of Directors has the general oversight of the affairs
and finances of the organization. Members of the board were elected
based on integrity and competency as well as commitment to our
vision and mission.
The National Board is composed of a group composed of top-echelon
professionals in their respective fields. This board brings together
people of unprecedented expertise in areas of social advancement
to serve in supervisory capacities.
The day-to-day functions of the organizations are governed by
a competent and efficient group of professionals who comprise
our executive operational team (CEO, CFO and COO). Our structure
is specially designed to provide our local chapters with ample
flexibility to engage in fundraising activities and target the
specific needs of their respective localities. We currently have
local chapters in Cleveland and Chattanooga, Tennessee, Washington
D.C., and Houston, Texas.
Rehoboth Foundation Partners
Rehoboth Foundation has, since its inception, worked with following organization in providing array of services to individuals and families in the United States and in developing countries of the world especially in Africa:
- The Red Cross in providing emergencies services during disasters
- The United Way in providing community assistance programs
- The YMCA in providing outdoor programs for youths
- Good-Will in providing medical supplies and household items for the needy in developing countries
- The Medical Bridges in providing materials in training Traditional Birth attendance in Nigeria
- Med Share International in providing medical supplies and equipments to Africa
- Bradley Memorial Hospital Cleveland in providing medical supplies and equipments to developing countries.
- The Billy Graham Ministries (Good Samaritans) in providing medical and household assistance to the poor
- The Memorial Hospital Chattanooga in providing medical assistance to the poor in Africa
- The Weed and Seed Department of Justice in bringing youths out of the street
- The Police Department in dealing with minor offenders –our transformation program
- The Homeless Coalitions of Chattanooga and Houston in providing education and food for the homeless
- The US Marine Corps in providing seasonal gifts and households items for our clients
- The Covenant Transport Tennessee for transporting our consignments nationwide
- The Texas Department of Human and Health Services in providing preventive health education and services
- The Houston Police Department in providing traffic education at our centers
- The State of Texas Summer Food Program in providing healthy meals for our students
- NASA Space Center in providing education and recreations for our students and teachers
- Six Flags in providing outdoor recreations and entertainment for students
- The Houston Chronicle foundation in providing toys and advertisement
- The Houston Zoo Center in providing tours & education for our students on animal life
- Doctors Without Borders in providing medical missions support
- The Federal Surplus Departments of the US
- The Trinity Broadcasting Television in providing free airing of our programs constantly.
- The American Corrections Department in providing jail inmates with alternatives
- Feed the Children in providing food and households materials to the needy
- The Texas Adult Literacy Council in providing training and education for the illiterate
- The Houston Read Commission (Mayor’s Initiatives) in providing literacy programs
- The Inner-City Ministries Tennessee in providing training for youths at risk and households assistance
- The Turning Point Ministry for training and educational support
- The Washington DC College of Biblical Studies for training and use of space
- The City-Wide Learning Center D.C. in training at risk youths
- USAID in providing assistance that benefits the poor globally
- The Family Alive in receiving our medical supplies and equipment in Nigeria
Rehoboth has worked with many religious groups, local restaurants, grocery shops and hospitals, community and civic organizations too numerous to mention.
The American trust funds, Wal-Mart foundations, HEB, MacLean foundations, the American families’ institutes, Western Union and several organizations have supported us financially and technically in the pursuit of our goals.
Our greatest partners are the individual members of our community including students
